We’re known most for our clean, modern approach to cake art– oh, and seeing cake as art! We curate the finest high-quality desserts, using only the finest ingredients. Nothing makes us happier than how happy our cakes make our clients, so we ensure that every person who works through the doors of our shop (or scrolls through our site) feels taken care of. We also have some of the finest team members. Our team is full of world-class pastry chefs who are Red Seal certified, and when we say we know cake, we mean it. We’ve even taken our commitment to perfection and excellence to a whole new level by taking Surrey to Food Network Canada. We carry the national title of the network’s “The Big Bake Champions” from our feature in the series “The Big Bake”, putting JCB, our city, and our beloved Cardamom invention on the map. Most recently, our owner Raveena Oberoi was spotted on Food Network Canada again, but this time as a feature judge on the new show “Wall of Bakers”.
